Project Management Plan
In the first instance we define and confirm the project requirement specification, health & safety implications, timescales etc. Including our client goals and objective. We identify the portable toilet hire task that needs to be completed to achieve these goals, quantifying the resources needed and determining budgets and times lines for competition.
We also define and agree who and how we will manage the implementation of the portable toilet hire to ensure that we achieve and deliver a good service as define in the project plan, and the mechanisms to implement recover actions where necessary.
It is our aim to ensure that all of our portable toilet hire projects are managed in the most professional and efficient way possible and to ensure that each individual client needs are met. We recognize that every portable toilet hire customer is different and therefore provide a wide range of support services that ensure we deliver outstanding customer service.
Site Surveys
Prior to undertaking any portable toilet hire project our Senior Event Technician will undertake a comprehensive sit survey to evaluate the requirements of the project whilst at the same time evaluating all aspect in relation to health & safety and government standards.

My family rented a RTR Restroom for the Cupmatch holiday 2017. I met the owners at the beach and showed them were the porta potty was to be positioned. Once setup they showed us how everything worked. I found the porta potty to be well maintained, spacious and clean as a whistle. Soap, toilet paper, sanitizer and other cleaning solutions were included, and the cleaning solution used in the porta potty kept the air aroma smelling good the whole 3 days. A foot pump to flush the toilet and also a foot pump to wash hands at basin was easy to operated. Overall I would recommend the porta potty to everyone. Well done Royal Throne Room. Keep up with the excellent service you provide for your customers.
