Here at RTR we also recognize the importance of effective portable restroom hire Project Management – this is a carefully planned and organized effort that requires not only the support and cooperation of internal RTR staff but also the need for efficient communication and interaction with current customer and on occasion third parties. RTR will approach every event in the same professional way starting with the development of a portable toilet hire project plan.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
In the first instance we define and confirm the project requirement specification, health & safety implications, timescales etc. Including our client goals and objective. We identify the portable toilet hire task that needs to be completed to achieve these goals, quantifying the resources needed and determining budgets and times lines for competition.
We also define and agree who and how we will manage the implementation of the portable toilet hire to ensure that we achieve and deliver a good service as define in the project plan, and the mechanisms to implement recover actions where necessary.
